1. Payment Policy

Customers may reserve their transfer in advance and pay later.

Payment can be made directly to the driver in cash at the end of the transfer. No advance payment or deposit is required unless otherwise agreed for special services, large groups, or customised tours.

A booking is confirmed once the customer receives a confirmation email or message from Move2Santorini.

2. Free Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking free of charge at any time before the scheduled pick-up, including last-minute cancellations.

No cancellation fee will apply and no amount will be charged.

To help us organise our schedule, customers are kindly asked to inform Move2Santorini as soon as possible if their plans change.

3. No-Show Policy

As no advance payment is required, customers will not be charged in the event of a no-show.

However, repeated no-shows or bookings made without genuine intention may result in Move2Santorini refusing future reservations.
